    Re: Account Number 304543159 I recently discovered that FedEx has been back billing and collecting a surcharge on my packages at the rate of up to $500/month for upwards of 5 years. Their billing practices are confusing and not transparent. The surcharges are not warranted per FedEx tariff schedule (see page 115) of current document. FedEx has agreed with my claim. It has not been denied by any of their personnel including but not limited to 3 CAT employees, 2 of their attorneys and their Chief Internal Auditor.   • Fed Ex is dishonest and cannot be trusted



    Ordered a Mr. Christmas carousel for my wife for Christmas on December 16 through Amazon. Federal Express said it would be delivered via standard shipping between December 19-23 so I wasn't worried at first. Tracking information available on-line from Fed Ex said my package was picked up by Fed Ex from the shipper on December 17 in Kentucky. From December 17-22, the Fed Ex website showed that my "estimated arrival date" in Washington state was December 23.     I went in to a shipping service in my area to send a document FedEx Priority Overnight to my aunt in Dallas, Texas. I wanted to make life easier for her so I even paid for the return sticker and stuck it to another Priority Overnight return envelope back to me. After the document and enclosed check was ready for pick-up I called the FedEx 800 number and scheduled a pick-up on Thursday so I would have it in my hands Friday morning.
